About Sell-Action

Emmely W.J. Frenken (1979) is the founder and owner of Sell-Action. Prior to the start of the company she gained extensive experience in Commercial, Financial, Legal, and Human Resource Management, also in the field of Personnel & Organisation and Recruitment & Selection, as a Manager in trade & industry and as a Manager working for the government.
Holding an extensive portfolio of activities and experience on management and corporate level at both multinationals and SMEs in a variety of national and international branches, she launched Sell-Action Werving & Selectie (Recruitment & Selection) on 16 April 2004. The organisation specialises in mediation for experts in the field of Commerce, Finance, Construction and Management.

Sell Action’s right to exist is justified by the ideologies for which it was initially founded. It is Emmely’s strong belief that managing a business has to do with people, with personal attention, genuine interest in individuals and with honourable behaviour. Sticking to an appointment is not just a favourite topic for Sell-Action and its staff, it is an unwritten rule and even a point of reference! At Sell-Action human capital is not just a commercial catch-all phrase, it is a basic principle.

The year 2008 saw the launch of Sell-Action Holding BV, a limited liability private company in which the various fields of expertise are split up into three companies, each with its own focus but each with the same set of basic principle values:
